I was born and raised in Parma, Ohio and now reside with my family in lake front community of Bay Village. As a second generation Realtor, real estate runs through my blood! I am a fierce competitor. Since I was a young man I have always played to win, whether it was dominating tennis matches or how many pizzas I could deliver in one night. Selling real estate in Cleveland has been no different. I am an experienced 9 year veteran Realtor in the prime of my career with an average of $8-10 Million in Sales per year. Keeping a constant tab on the Greater Cleveland real estate market has been essential to my business and I love doing it! So much in fact, that sometimes I am up to the late hours of the night on my laptop researching properties for a client. I began my real estate career working with local real estate investors who were buying rental property on the west side of Cleveland, Lakewood and other western suburbs. Soon I became the expert in finding the best deals and negotiating the best prices on contracts. I then began buying & selling investment properties of my own, many of which I still manage as rental properties today. I bring to my clients an expertise in all aspects of real estate sales: market analysis, sales and marketing, team building, and customer service. I have high-caliber presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. After only a few years in the business, I began out listing and outselling 99% of my competitors, ranking in the top 30 out of over 7000 Realtors. An even balance of mental toughness and a deep compassion for my clients needs has gotten me where I am today. Today, most of my business comes through referrals from happy clients. Its a good life!
As a seasoned associate of the Stasek Real Estate Group, I have over 5 years of sales experience. I have lived in Northeast Ohio my entire life and attended undergraduate school at Kent State University. I specialize in assisting 1st time home buyers, move up home buyers, and Real Estate Investors. Prior to earning my real estate license in 2000, I was Director of the Children's Miracle Network at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. My fund raising skills have translated nicely to my real estate business in that its important to me that my clients feel good about making one of the biggest decisions of their lives for either purchasing or selling a home. I have earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, my ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation as well as my ASPR (Accredited Staging Professional Realtor) designation, which is beneficial in advising sellers on preparing their homes for marketing. It's all about listening to my clients needs and providing them with quality service before, during and after the transaction. Also, after every transaction a donation is made to the Children's Miracle Network which benefits Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. I reside in Avon Lake, Ohio with my 2 rescue Greyhounds.
