Hello my name is Al Stasek and I work hard to ensure you will not find better representation when it comes to buying or selling real estate in Cleveland, Ohio. I have a contagious passion for Cleveland area homes and my clients feel it the minute they hire me.

I am an experienced 8-plus year veteran Realtor in the prime of my career. Keeping a constant tab on the Greater Cleveland real estate market has been essential to my business and I love doing it!  So much in fact, that sometimes I am up to the late hours of the night on my laptop researching properties for a client.

I began my real estate career working with local real estate investors who were buying rental property in Cleveland, Lakewood and other western suburbs.  Soon I became the expert in finding the best deals and negotiating the best prices on contracts.  After only a few years in the business I began out listing and out selling 99% of my competitors, ranking in the top 30 out of over 7000 Realtors.  An even balance of mental toughness and a deep compassion for my clients needs has gotten me where I am today.

Today, most of my business comes from referrals from happy clients.

I was born and raised in Parma, Ohio and now reside with my family in lake front community of Bay Village. As a second generation Realtor, real estate runs through my blood! I am a fierce competitor. Since I was a young man I have always played to win, whether it was dominating tennis matches or how many pizzas I could deliver in one night.  Selling real estate in Cleveland has been no different.
